Behind Closed Doors ...

Seems quiet here BUT behind that door is a waiting room full of angry people. One patient's app 't was for 11:30am and I'm here for a 2:00. Guess that's not going to happen.

This is a great example of really bad customer service and it's high cost - this Doc is going to lose 2 patients PLUS all our referrals.

No business can afford to lose customers. Worse, they can't afford the associated bad press.

Pay attention to the details and your customer's experiences. It matters!

Looks Can Be Deceiving ...

Double Up and Profit in Your Home Business Start Up

This little strategy is one I use on a regular basis and when you implement it yourself, you can enhance your home business start up and double your profits or results every time.

The Double Up strategy can be applied to many different activities, on large or small scales.  Let's take one activity as an example:

You write articles to promote your home business and it works well to attract traffic and business to you.  So what can you do to double your success?  Simple. Outsource the exact number of articles you usually write.  So if you write 5 articles, outsource 5 articles and you'll have 10.  Now you just do what you do with your articles, only 10 times instead of 5, and you double your results.

Even if your results don't exactly double, they will increase.  And even if your results only improve by 50%, it still means more profit for your home business and money in your pocket.

You don't even have to outsource the additional articles.  Especially if you enjoy the writing, you can write all 10 articles yourself instead of just 5.  Or outsource to somebody who'll do it for you for no cost, like a friend, family member, or partner.  Give them a little guidance and you get your extra articles for nothing.

What else could you do in your home business that could double your results?

Can you:
  • Come out with two videos instead of just one?
  • Market to 2 niches instead of one?
  • Charge double for one of your products or services instead of underselling?
  • Pull off two launches instead of one this year?
  • Put up a website and a blog instead of just one or the other?
  • Double your PPC advertising budget, or raise it by some other percentage?
Any of these tactics could double your profits or increase them significantly.  So don't ignore the potential of the Double Up strategy.

What if you went even farther and went for a Triple Dip?  It might mean a little more time of up-front cost, but the results would increase that much more as well.

This isn't rocket science:  It's easy to understand and do, and it works.  So, Double Up and watch your home business start up soar.
